We would love to have your player out for a free trial session. This allows us to meet your player on field and gives your family an opportunity to see our training in action. After the session, the coaching team will complete an evaluation and we will reach out to you within a couple of days to let you know all the best sessions for your player moving forward. You can either fill out our inquiry form in the “Contact Us” section on our website so that we can reach out and get the process started, or you can reach out via email/text/call so that we can direct you on how to reserve your free trial session.
This does require us to learn a little bit about your player so that we can pick the best session for their trial. Please do not sign your player up for a session without connecting with our team first as it’s possible that they won’t be able to train in that particular session.

There isn’t a set amount of time, it is fully dependent on the player. It can be quick for some players, but for most you can expect to be at the same level from 6 months to over a year. Try not to get too hung up on the levels and trust that your player is in the best group for their development, and that everybody else in the group is developing as well, keeping your player challenged in various ways. Every player will have their own individual strengths and weaknesses, but our job is to capitalize on their strengths, and develop their weaknesses. Consistency is key, and that is the biggest difference maker.

A Salient jersey is required in training. Please see a Salient off-field team member to grab one!
Our level of detail in our training sessions and our coaching team is what sets us apart. This is achieved in various ways: our coaching team has all played at the highest levels of the game bringing culturally rich playing experience to each training session coupled with low player-to-coach ratios allowing us to focus on getting any given detail right before moving on.
In our small group sessions, we have paired like skill level, so that every player is in an appropriately challenging training group even though they are all still focused on their individual development. In our team sessions, we partner with the team’s coach to identify the areas for improvement and we are focused on those specific technical training areas with the team’s overall success in mind. For example, a team session could be focused on footwork and first touch, or it could be focused on the team’s ability to move the ball out of the back.
We do offer private sessions, but primarily during holiday/summer breaks or for players who have the flexibility to train during the day. We do offer team sessions as well and we love to partner with your team’s coach to work to develop your team as a whole.
We do not have teams, we only offer technical training, which is supplemental to your team practices.
We have several different options ranging from as low as $18 per session to $45 per session.
Our membership options range in amount to match the frequency and consistency you're looking for. They are at a discounted rate per session and are best for consistent development.
Punchcard options are great for families that need a bit of flexibility as they offer a 45 day or 6 month expiration depending on which option is chosen.

Our Carrollton facility is fully indoor.
Our Crossbar Denton location will label outside whether Salient is indoor or outdoor, but you can always expect: Monday + Wednesday to be indoor, and Thursday + Friday to be outdoor.
Our North Richland Hills facility is an indoor/outdoor experience! It is enclosed, but is not fully AC’d nor heated. All 6 large bay doors remain open (similar to a large CrossFit box) to have a cross breeze in the warm weather, and the bay doors can be closed to keep the chill out on the cold days.

All of our pricing options have a strict expiration date that cannot be adjusted. Similarly, for memberships, unused sessions do not roll over to the following cycle.
Punchcard options have built-in flexibility allowing 6 weeks to complete sessions that are intended to be used within a 4 week period.
Memberships do come with a "freeze" option once per year which allows you to skip one billing cycle. This is often used in the case of longer vacations or holidays. Inquire to learn more.

This must be done manually by a Salient team member, just text us to help! You can increase or decrease your number of monthly visits with your membership anytime before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations must be made via the Salient app at least 1 hour in advance of your scheduled session to receive your pass back.
If you do not cancel your session via the Salient app with more than 1 hour advance, your pass will not be returned.
No-shows will result in a $5 fee.
Private session policy: Private sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Any session canceled within the 24 hour window will be lost.

Training will proceed outdoors regardless of rain, unless lightning is detected or otherwise announced.
In case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to move the session indoor.
If a session is canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, you will be notified at least 1 hour in advance via text or email. Please ensure your push notifications are enabled on the Salient app and that we have the correct phone number on the profile.
If we cancel the session, your pass will be returned. Alternatively, you may request a “Weather Drop-In” with a 2-month expiration within 24 hours of the cancellation if you cannot use the returned pass before its expiration.
If lightning is detected during your session and it is canceled before the 30-minute mark, your session will be returned to your pass. You may request a “Weather Drop-In” within 24 hours if you are unable to use the returned pass before its expiration.

We understand that traffic and other life circumstances occur. However, after the session’s warm up (15 minutes into the session), we cannot add in any more players as we do not want any injuries to occur from an inadequate warmup. Additionally, we often have a list of waitlisted players that are on standby. Please text us if you’re running late - otherwise, we will give players 5 minutes of grace before giving their spot to the next standby player. If there isn’t a standby player, but a player is more than 15 minutes late, we unfortunately cannot add them to the training session. We always recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure this doesn’t happen!
You must book each of your sessions through the Salient app. The booking window closes 1 hour before the session starts. If you miss this window, you are able to contact us via text/email/call to see if we’re able to add your player in. If you show up to a session that you have not booked without reaching out to confirm that we are able to add your player in, we may not be able to add them in depending on the session size.
