Training Academy
Our bread and butter, what we consider to be total player development. All details that are important both in and out of possession of the ball: accuracy of passing+receiving, movement off the ball, speed of play, and Game IQ.
Striking + Finishing
Ball striking techniques, proper body positioning and mechanics, shot placement on goal, and finishing inside the final third of the playing field.
Freestyle
Total comfortability on the ball, functional footwork and foot skills finishing in 1v1s and 2v2s to gain confidence taking on players.
Foundational
Entry program introducing our younger players to coordination, agility, and technical skills with the ball at their feet.
Goalkeeping
“Diving” into the technical work of keeper mechanics. Distribution, 1v1 situational awareness, diving, and footwork.
The Art of Defending
Improve anticipation, regain ball possession, and dominate the opponent. With focuses varying from defending a 1v1, proper use of the body control space, defending in layers, etc., we guarantee our players will win on both sides of the ball!
